Clear out your old tech drawer with our Tech Amnesty!

Do you have old, unwanted tech gathering dust in a drawer at home? – now is the time to put it back into use. Bring anything from charging cables, to smartphones, consoles and laptops to our Tech Amnesty. 

We will securely wipe devices and make sure that they are redistributed in our local community – so let’s turn that e-waste into a good thing! 

Look out for the Fixy Van parked up at Maindee Car Park from 1pm - 4pm on Thursday 13th March. 

We will have a range of other repair and reuse activities taking place on the day – help us to share the word so we can make a difference in Maindee!

Items we can accept at the Tech Amnesty include:

Laptops and Tablets
PCs, Desktops, Towers
Mobile / Smart Phones
Servers, routers and Hard Drives
Game Consoles and accessories
Digital cameras
Scientific calculators and PDAs
Smart wear / Smart devices, Smart speakers, Smart Watches

Oes gennych chi hen offer tech diangen sy’n casglu llwch mewn drôr yn y tŷ? Os oes, nawr yw eich cyfle i’w roi’n ôl ar waith. Dewch ag unrhyw beth o geblau gwefru i ffonau clyfar, offer chwarae gemau i liniaduron i’n Amnest Tech.

Byddwn ni’n dileu’r holl wybodaeth ar y teclynnau yn ddiogel, a sicrhau eu bod nhw’n cael eu hailddosbarthu yn ein cymuned leol – felly dewch i ni droi’r e-wastraff yna’n beth da!

Cadwch lygad am Fan Fixy fydd wedi parcio ym Maes Parcio Maendy o 1pm - 4pm ddydd Iau 13 Mawrth.

Bydd gennym ystod arall o weithgareddau trwsio ac ailddefnyddio’n digwydd ar y diwrnod hwnnw – helpwch ni i ledu’r neges, er mwyn i ni wneud gwahaniaeth ym Maendy!
